A town of the Isu subgroup in Arochukwu local government area of Abia State. The sources name two Isu settlements in Arochukwu, Isu Aba and Isu Amachi; this entry has not been matched to one of them, and says so rather than merging into either on a guess.
With the other entries it claims derivation from the Ibeku (Southern Igbo, Ohuhu-Ngwa, No. 2), and is said to have been already occupying its territory at the time the Ada moved north. No town or village within it is named.
Isu is grouped with Ihe and Ututu as closely related to Ohaffia.
Where it is: Imo State, Isu local government area. Wikipedia: Isu local government area, Imo State — the settlement the subgroup is named for.
