Ibusa is a separate town and not a constituent of Okpanam.
Its origin is given as Uchi, also printed Umuabarrautchi, in Aboh district. Its towns are its constituents as the Okpanam village group together with the villages of Ugbolu, Ibusa and Achalea. Ibusa appears later as an entry of its own.
